David Kershaw is a Licensed Estate Agent with McNeill Real Estate, based in Mornington on the Mornington Peninsula.
With an extensive background in sales, David brings a calm, practical and straightforward approach to helping homeowners through the selling process.
Working alongside Janet McNeill, David has developed particular experience helping older homeowners and their families navigate the property side of downsizing — from understanding the current value of their home and preparing it for sale through to considering what type of property may suit the next stage of their life.
David understands that for many downsizers, selling a home they have lived in for 20, 30 or even 40 years is very different from an ordinary property transaction. Clients often need time, information and practical guidance before they are ready to make a decision.
His focus is on making that process easier to understand and helping clients move forward at a pace that is right for them.
David assists homeowners throughout Mornington, Mount Martha, Mount Eliza, Somerville, Frankston South and the wider Mornington Peninsula.
