Rental Properties Wanted

Rental Properties are in high demand on the Mornington Peninsula

With many people looking to rent a quality home on the northen end of the Mornington Peninsula, we have noticed a significant increase in the number of enquiries from potential tenants.

Properties available for rent are in short supply, with only 25 in Mornington, 3 in Mount Martha and 8 in Mount Eliza at the time of writing.

We have spoken with many tenants who have been searching for a home for several months, and are becoming frustrated by the lack of suitable accommodation.

As shown by the table below, demand for houses in Mornington has increased by 8.4% compared to the same period last year.  Mount Martha has increased by 11.1% and Mount Eliza by 2.0%.

We  are currently seeking homeowners who are considering renting out their home while they explore other opportunities.  A number of our current landlords are renting their home on the Mornington Peninsula, while they temporarily move interstate for work.  This is a win/win situation for both the landlord and the tenant, as it gives piece of mind to the landlord, knowing that their home is being well cared for, and to the tenant, knowing that they are renting a home that will be well maintained.

For the investors who are wanting to find quality tenants for their existing investment property, we pre-qualify all of our applicants to ensure that they will be suitable for a particular property.

If you are a current landlord, or a home owner considering renting your home, please call us to arrange a confidential discussion regarding your options and our management services.
