Janet McNeill is a Licensed Estate Agent and Director of McNeill Real Estate, a boutique independent real estate agency based in Mornington.

Janet specialises in residential sales and helping older homeowners and their families navigate downsizing, retirement moves and the sale of long-held family homes across the Mornington Peninsula.

She understands that downsizing is rarely just a property transaction. It can involve years of belongings, family discussions, financial decisions, finding the right next home and sometimes difficult decisions about retirement living or aged care.

Before entering real estate, Janet spent more than 35 years working in the legal industry, including extensive experience in mortgage and banking matters. That background has shaped her practical, detail-focused approach and her belief that clients should clearly understand their options before making major property decisions.

Janet's approach is personal and straightforward. She takes the time to understand where her clients are now, where they hope to move next and what needs to happen in between.
